          Every person, county, town, city, village, and state live a bit fascism for they all thrive off the views and opinions of an individuals philosophy as a civilization.  I define fascism as glorifying the national state at the expense of the individuals being very cogent with the eco system building bonds with Shakespearian gospel to be or not to be while in a dramatized denial of psyche forsaking true doctrine of federal and state laws by applying its own hidden system of dogma creating an ethical parallax stigmatizing special authority to install fear then confronting individuals on ethical and religious demand causing dread and despair adding necessity and seriousness forcing into a commitment then promising social justice yet disconnecting civil rights and liberties thus citizens immunities guaranteed by state and federal Laws.


          We as individuals as United State citizens have to realize that we are the government as the Democracy and we have to solve all our nations problems in this county and stop leaving the job or duty solely to the monarch which is the President and the republic which is congress and the legislator for we hire them and we fire them as the first branch of government being the Democracy.  We can no longer sit back and allow the continual lies being poured out in one sided justice by the republic and the monarch.  We have to engage in community legislation healing for every individual in this country wants and need the same which is simply good life, love, and living.


          Remember he who builds according to every man's advice will have a crooked house and he who can not speak well of his trade do not understand it.  I'm talking about us as government as the democracy. We have more power then we think as voters and as citizens and we act as if we do not understand our trade as government and citizens; plus we all want and need the same so there is no need to build as a country and a nation according to every mans advice we can build as a country and a nation according to our wants and needs. We print the money the reserves is just the illusion.


          In business meetings of "Fluid Elapse Ability" we open every meeting with Wake up-LOA ( laws of attraction) by beginning each meeting by reciting the Following:


1. When the best and the brightest come together the possibilities are endless.
2. Our greatest glory lies in never failing but rising every time we fall.
3. In matter of style move with the current in matters of principle stand like a rock.
4. Leadership is action not position.
5. Cherish your dreams and aspirations they are the children of your soul the blue print of your ultimate achievements.
6. The choices we make not the chances we take determine our destiny.
7. Visualize your dreams and make them happen getting together is a start remaining together is advancement and working together is an achievement.


          The point to beginning meetings with this wake-LOA is to build the focus of the meeting on what, why, when, who we have come together and what we need to do before we get started with the meeting and the business within which of course is figuring out the how. This is what I feel you the reader need to hear as we are the Democracy building a better world for ourselves.  


          Remember all are not free who mock their chains.  To make a long story short President Roosevelt wanted a second bill of rights for us but he died before he got it past it is time for us as the democracy to get that second bill of rights past. It was to sum it up in a nutshell security for us citizen good life, love, and living that would be guaranteed by Federal Constitution. Thus we need to guarantee our good life, love, and living with a citizen check.


          Look you have to be tired of our republic and monarch lieing to us saying we are broke as a nation. We owe no country gold and no country is going to lend us their gold.  It don't matter when the United States claimed bankruptcy or that we are broke, all that matter is we as citizens honor the dollar as the main currency as money.  The truth is the time the United States made the US dollar which was at that time a promissory note we was broke.  If we say we want the gold and not the dollar we will run out of gold in less then a day and so would every other country depending on the promissory note.  If every country start to pay all their bills in gold military, police, government etc. they will run out of gold in 24 hours. The correct set of facts is gold means nothing to us these days and in God we trust has won.  Printing more money is what they are going to do because they are not going to give up this country to broke people like them who just print money to pay their bills as a country.  Printing more money to take care of the people will not hurt, in fact any government who do not take care of the welfare of the people is not a true government. 


          We need to solve all the problems in this country by guarantee of every citizen receiving a citizen check for $2,500 a month and put it in writing in a second bill of rights. Then all problems would be solves especial with crime and murders going on in our world today. 


          The fact is we can get this done for ourselves as a Democracy in our country and world wide and we can do this because we have the power.  Yes citizen checks going out every month no matter what for $2,500 a month to each citizen Only then capitalism will work. Face it there is no business that can hire every person in the United States and people do get hurt and sometime black balled or black listed.  This will give employers relief  and build the spend spend spend we need to sustain the economy in this country forever.
We need the second bill of rights and we do not need to beg the monarch nor the republic to get this done to have a citizen check guaranteed to all citizens for we hire them and we can fire them and get our people in office that will get the job and duty done.  Stop calling people lazy their is never enough good jobs for all to enjoy good pay.


          The citizen are free we don't even suppose to have to pay taxes it is the foreigners whom suppose to pay taxes but that is a fact I will blog about later we need the citizen check. People love money they will still work and get their citizen check putting a perfect state of mind in a perfect state on the Democracy building a perfect civilization something the monarch and republic refuse to do.

      Fluid Elapse Ability has many departments. I have developed the Martial Art in church to build a better day to leave life, love, living more beautiful and beneficial then when we inherited our place in social connection of reason and responsibility and development. Therefore I will not file for 501 (C)(3) because it will destroy the social, political, and cooperative economic liberty.  There is no such thing as separation of church and state when it comes to Fluid Elapse Ability because there is no religion  in Fluid Elapse Ability.  In short what I am saying is Fluid Elapse Ability definition of church is different from the church of old with religion. Fluid Elapse Ability definition protect that church and state will not and can not be separated thus creating a better state in the habitat with the inhabitants. Fluid Elapse Ability define church to be body, mind, soul, and spirit which is the human temple as a individual; Whereas all other churches of religion define church to be the clergy accompanied by religion being spiritual or a occult body.  Thus the saying of separation of church and state is not correct the correct saying is separation of church and religion for the separation of the church from the state would be to separation of humanity from the state and the state is responsible for the welfare of it's humanity which is body, mind, soul, and spirit of it's human inhabitants.

    Educational Advocate of Community Legislation healing is the legislative, medical, educational department of Fluid Elapse Ability. Laws are not our masters but we rule them if we obey them. Get rid of the lies and there is no reason to hate the laws that govern a social engagement in life, love and living because we all want the same and that is to be well in our body, mind, soul, and spirit by good government and we are the first start to good government as a democracy with power to create what we want for good life, living and love. This is the key vehicle to lobby of all the good to make a perfect state for the communities.

                                   

      Proficientaccost Political Alliance (PAPA) is not a political party it is a political alliance to get and gain the support needed to hire and fire in the interest of the citizen, to help get law(s) vetoed or pass in the interest of the citizen and not the corporate vehicle that often over look what is best for the county is the welfare of all it's people. It is the state of the people that make up the state of the country and In God We Trust has won out and brought us to a better state.  The only gold being fought over is black gold (oil) and it not so much for the making of money because In God We Trust has already won but more for the power of condition that control and fuel the world.  Who ever controls the source or energy that turn the world will control the world and that is what the fighting is about. We as a Nation and a people have been subject to the tyrant of or own Women and Men spreading message of slavery and ignorants confusion within a movement and a cause.

Its time to set the record straight. To many Leaders are teaching the same thing they preach against to be the very vice that hold the movement back and keep the movement in the very bondage they speak they will lead us out of. This madness has to stop and here is where we are as a people.

I will speak to the women fist. Women for to long you have help keep your children in bondage misusing your power and authority listening to the leaders that teach the distractions of our race and community and for to long you have look down on every good man calling him weak and giving know support to your good men, but you thrive on words of destruction that destroy family and civilization.

Women these leaders you listen to are call con, pimp, madam, player, prostitute, whore, dope dealer and playboys. They scream out teaching not to work for the white man and talk bad about every brother trying and doing thing the right and correct way. And because decent men are alone and not in some gang or crew you women follow these corrupt leader who steal wives and girl friends and prostitute children through there on mothers. The fact you see them with a group of whore male and female impress you and you follow and become everything those leaders preach against and yet you don't Even see what you are doing nor what you have become.

You look at these men as if they are credibility but they are a liability teaching you to work in some white man whore house, teaching your son and daughters to be slaves in a white man prison, teaching your son and daughter to be informant for the white man, teaching your sons and daughter to be a slave to the white man dope and etc... .


My sister a real Leader and strong brother gives you the key to his heart with the respect and honor deserving of a queen, He take you Lovingly not selfishly allowing time for you to yield, his integrity stands out and his integrity can be question but not compromised his dignity is the degree of excellence true grandeur of mien, with the meekness within true passions of a movement and the voice of welfare for his and all people.















My dear sister you are women you give your heart to your leader with out quest and even in doubt you think but you still offer your heart.












So precious is women and her power why should it be bottle up into bondage when family is so much more important. A women should take care of her home only then could she know how to take care of the community and movement. Any leader that tell you to leave you husband or your man for him or the movement is one who deceives while being deceived.







The home has it's misfortune and it's sorrow but that is the only bit of heave left on this earth and a women should let nothing take it out of her hands. Only a good women build her home a bad one tear it down with her on hands. Look for the integrity of the leader and the values with in the struggle do not be lead astray sisters.

Men you have to stop teaching failures in the community which is division and you have to stop teaching women that a good brother is weak. For we need architect, engineers, doctors, lawyers, politicians, etc... , and it is a shame how the black community through your guidance run them to another race for you are the ones that teach are sister against these men we need to stay home and build us a better community and a better future. Black power is nothing with out true construction and not the angry embarrassment of fight and flaws you all have created with in the movement and I'm talking Muslim, christian, the nation of Islam etc... . Wake up it is about building a better tomorrow for everybody not just yourselves! ! ! Quit giving the rest of us leaders a bad name because you have know true honor nor dignity.

The community Live and strives of pink and blue, blue and pink it is what we are made of male and female and we are nothing with out one another and we are everything together, yah dig!! This is us..... A man hands her the key to his heart and she has to unlock it, the women hands him her heart because she summits to him. This has a great principle women is the stronger and should summit to man for a man never choose a women she choose the man thus because she is the nature she is she has to get the key to open a man heart to her it is pleasure to unlock secrets and receive all the love a man gives. This extended to a leader be responsible; your breaking more then hearts you are ruining future,; the game is no game it is the cycle of life and should and must be respected for it is more beautiful then even this illustration.
