      Fluid Elapse Ability has many departments. I have developed the Martial Art in church to build a better day to leave life, love, living more beautiful and beneficial then when we inherited our place in social connection of reason and responsibility and development. I will only speak on the non-profit departments of Fluid Elapse Ability in this article.  I am looking to franchise and enterprise the business building strong neighborhoods and communities through out this country and the world.

                                   

      Fluid Elapse Ability is a profit and non-profit business. Therefore I will not file for 501 (C)(3) because it will destroy the social, political, and cooperative economic liberty.  There is no such thing as separation of church and state when it comes to Fluid Elapse Ability because there is no religion  in Fluid Elapse Ability.  In short what I am saying is Fluid Elapse Ability definition of church is different from the church of old with religion. Fluid Elapse Ability definition protect that church and state will not and can not be separated thus creating a better state in the habitat with the inhabitants. Fluid Elapse Ability define church to be body, mind, soul, and spirit which is the human temple as a individual; Whereas all other churches of religion define church to be the clergy accompanied by religion being spiritual or a occult body.  Thus the saying of separation of church and state is not correct the correct saying is separation of church and religion for the separation of the church from the state would be to separation of humanity from the state and the state is responsible for the welfare of it's humanity which is body, mind, soul, and spirit of it's human inhabitants.

    Educational Advocate of Community Legislation healing is the legislative, medical, educational department of Fluid Elapse Ability. Laws are not our masters but we rule them if we obey them. Get rid of the lies and there is no reason to hate the laws that govern a social engagement in life, love and living because we all want the same and that is to be well in our body, mind, soul, and spirit by good government and we are the first start to good government as a democracy with power to create what we want for good life, living and love. This is the key vehicle to lobby of all the good to make a perfect state for the communities.

                                   

      Proficientaccost Political Alliance (PAPA) is not a political party it is a political alliance to get and gain the support needed to hire and fire in the interest of the citizen, to help get law(s) vetoed or pass in the interest of the citizen and not the corporate vehicle that often over look what is best for the county is the welfare of all it's people. It is the state of the people that make up the state of the country and In God We Trust has won out and brought us to a better state.  The only gold being fought over is black gold (oil) and it not so much for the making of money because In God We Trust has already won but more for the power of condition that control and fuel the world.  Who ever controls the source or energy that turn the world will control the world and that is what the fighting is about. Every one is just printing the money they need. Hence we are well versed so speak to first for the true upliftment of this country in a united union of good life, love, and living for all bring and keeping us in a better state.

We as a Nation and a people have been subject to the tyrant of or own Women and Men spreading message of slavery and ignorants confusion within a movement and a cause.

Its time to set the record straight. To many Leaders are teaching the same thing they preach against to be the very vice that hold the movement back and keep the movement in the very bondage they speak they will lead us out of. This madness has to stop and here is where we are as a people.

I will speak to the women fist. Women for to long you have help keep your children in bondage misusing your power and authority listening to the leaders that teach the distractions of our race and community and for to long you have look down on every good man calling him weak and giving know support to your good men, but you thrive on words of destruction that destroy family and civilization.

Women these leaders you listen to are call con, pimp, madam, player, prostitute, whore, dope dealer and playboys. They scream out teaching not to work for the white man and talk bad about every brother trying and doing thing the right and correct way. And because decent men are alone and not in some gang or crew you women follow these corrupt leader who steal wives and girl friends and prostitute children through there on mothers. The fact you see them with a group of whore male and female impress you and you follow and become everything those leaders preach against and yet you don't Even see what you are doing nor what you have become.

You look at these men as if they are credibility but they are a liability teaching you to work in some white man whore house, teaching your son and daughters to be slaves in a white man prison, teaching your son and daughter to be informant for the white man, teaching your sons and daughter to be a slave to the white man dope and etc... .


My sister a real Leader and strong brother gives you the key to his heart with the respect and honor deserving of a queen, He take you Lovingly not selfishly allowing time for you to yield, his integrity stands out and his integrity can be question but not compromised his dignity is the degree of excellence true grandeur of mien, with the meekness within true passions of a movement and the voice of welfare for his and all people.















My dear sister you are women you give your heart to your leader with out quest and even in doubt you think but you still offer your heart.












So precious is women and her power why should it be bottle up into bondage when family is so much more important. A women should take care of her home only then could she know how to take care of the community and movement. Any leader that tell you to leave you husband or your man for him or the movement is one who deceives while being deceived.







The home has it's misfortune and it's sorrow but that is the only bit of heave left on this earth and a women should let nothing take it out of her hands. Only a good women build her home a bad one tear it down with her on hands. Look for the integrity of the leader and the values with in the struggle do not be lead astray sisters.

Men you have to stop teaching failures in the community which is division and you have to stop teaching women that a good brother is weak. For we need architect, engineers, doctors, lawyers, politicians, etc... , and it is a shame how the black community through your guidance run them to another race for you are the ones that teach are sister against these men we need to stay home and build us a better community and a better future. Black power is nothing with out true construction and not the angry embarrassment of fight and flaws you all have created with in the movement and I'm talking Muslim, christian, the nation of Islam etc... . Wake up it is about building a better tomorrow for everybody not just yourselves! ! ! Quit giving the rest of us leaders a bad name because you have know true honor nor dignity.

The community Live and strives of pink and blue, blue and pink it is what we are made of male and female and we are nothing with out one another and we are everything together, yah dig!! This is us..... A man hands her the key to his heart and she has to unlock it, the women hands him her heart because she summits to him. This has a great principle women is the stronger and should summit to man for a man never choose a women she choose the man thus because she is the nature she is she has to get the key to open a man heart to her it is pleasure to unlock secrets and receive all the love a man gives. This extended to a leader be responsible; your breaking more then hearts you are ruining future,; the game is no game it is the cycle of life and should and must be respected for it is more beautiful then even this illustration.

Yes being an educational advocate has it's place to heal a community and a nation eliminating corruptions and bringing about correction of the loveless with love, respect, and reality caring for the welfare of all the inhabitant's in the victory of awareness through education, lobbying, politics, and business, business, business.

The first start of healing is knowing that there is a problem. Through education only then can we learn to correct the problem and being an advocate is community power to create community legislation healing. Yes it's that voice that get thing done that have been neglected for to many years.

Currently I am lobbying by imploring the Milwaukee Public School Board to add a program to teach a course in social development of maturity.

A course in social development of maturity will focus on our children development in attitude, etiquette's & ethics to build a common development of social order which is the foundation of any civilization. This must be done through elementary schools, middles schools and high schools.

We are the melting pot so we are then all cultures and thus forced to interact with all type of people and the many differences of cult(ish), religious, and superstition practices which all carry slightly different etiquette's as well as slightly different ethical practices; As we can not ignore social class which create a social different in actions, behaviors, mannerism and courtesies. We must build a common ground of social grounds of which MPS has neglected to address.

MPS claims to solve the problem with our children each year by all peripheral programs, comprehensive literacy, math, and science at lest that is the claim on the a letter i got back from the superintendent Dr. Gregory E. Thornton of MPS.

You see that just the problem you can't teach to closed ears of undeveloped social back ground of the underprivileged and immature children of neglectful parenting or single parents lack of time. We must also protect our rights to raise our children up in our on beliefs so they come home to us with the education of MPS but not cult or religious following creating a superstition or phobia in parent or child.

The problem we have faced for years and gave us a low graduation rate is that children are not maturing. Example- we teach our babies to be a toddler and our toddler to be a child and a child to be a teenage and a teenager to be an adult, but this education progression is not being seen in our children thus they are classified as unruly problem children with mental disabilities who can't learn or pay attention long enough to learn.

I Varick C Choice the ExpoundReformer have assess over 20 years of our children community problems which is behavior and it is a common problem of today(s) youth because of today(s) parents (which of course because MPS have the children for about 8 hours of the day, which is more time then the parents get with the children) must also accept fault and move to correct this problem immediately. I've notice with my own children being raised by there mother and not letting me have anything to do with them till it is to late because that they have not made the transition from thinking like a child to thinking like a teenager. (Experience with pain is the best teacher). So many children come from single parented homes thus the time the children need to develop there thought pattern from a child to a Young adult is never developed thus these problem children are not problem children they are young adults acting out as children would with a great passion to say i can. These teens have been unfairly label with learning disabilities when actually they just have not been taught to develop into young men and women in their thoughts and actions; of which give then derogative attitude they have been deemed with and for the lack of a better word or expression as the children would put it in there mind state to say fu*k it, because they do not know how to conduct themselves in actions, mannerism, nor courtesies, thus they just get worse.

A child don't talk out there want or desire to be as an adult they act out in pouting, and suggested gestures of displeasure of orders, authority, and rules; a child lie to make themselves look can do as an adult wanting to do something adults say they can't do; A child have vicious out bust of anger followed by temporary hate that is very strong and will yell, strike another for little or no reason but to the simple importance to the child at the moment. Young adults talk out and work out there problem with respect of orders, authority, and rules with the proper gestures and courtesy(s). This is the problem with our young adults, they are not thinking as a young adult so there behavior is as a child thus more destructive in the body of a young adult. Therefore I believe to be successful in school we must have a course to develop the minds of our children to grow into young adult mind and body. We can not dehumanize them with negative documentation that's derogative in nature which just activates the childish anger with hate for themselves and those that don't understand them for the actions and reactions is of a child and not a young adult thus lack appreciation of what is written or going on hence incompetent. We must bring them to the competence of a young adult before they hit the age and become a young adult.

I look to my martial art I created for an example called Fluid Elapse Ability and in the philosophy section called maneuvering there is what I call the Formula which the formula reads as Follows:

Simplicity =Pursuant to Excellence + humble + meek=Poise + love + grace=Presentation + virtue + integrity=Posture + truth=Leadership + wisdom=Attitude

The correct usage of the formula is to start with simplicity, in children's case they are a teenage boy or girl, a son or daughter, a brother or sister, a student, a nephew or niece, a grand son or grand daughter and any thing else he or she adds in there activities such as athlete or debater etc.. . Once practiced and simplicity is mastered they would move on to the pursuant to excellence under the same format as a boy or girl, as a son or daughter, as a brother or sister etc... , and the process would continue until each step is master to obtain the perfect attitude.

Thus should our children development of maturity should be mastered to be able to maneuver in this world with the proper etiquette's, ethic, mannerism and courtesies. The fact of the jail and death rate of our young men and women speaks for itself, loudly for to many year its time for action.
