 Our first Political agenda is 
1. To get the Citizen Check Bill past drafted by Proficientaccost Political Alliance. We print the money and we are not allowed to make our own money so we suppose to get citizen checks. Gold will always run out and then you lose your government because you ran out of gold. They put in God we trust on the money because they knew one day the paper money worth would be based on the people and not the Gold. The Black man is the rightful air to this country because he is the Native American of North America, South America, and Africa and as a Slave for they could not build this great United States with the white people or King that enslaved them of which they ran for there freedom as white men and women thus they knew they could only be free by building this country with the black man and yes they knew that the black man they would live through as the rightful heirs to this country for Europe would enslave them all over again hence the warning of the forefather about making treaties. With the Passing of the citizen check for $2,500 a month to each citizen we can end all wasteful spending of the criminal justice system because crime will disappear, we can remove all welfare programs and food share, we can remove all housing programs, all college grants, and much much more for the citizen has what they need directly is better then indirectly and they will never receive it indirectly because modern day enslavers create disparage so the poor never receive the benefits the state and federal government give to solve all our poverty problems.

Capitalism is the way to enslavement everything the pilgrim was running from in the first place. This United States Government was built to be a Tribal government with it's checks in balances of authority and power. Tribal government is God's perfect governance so you can not build a better government then tribalism which care for all citizens guarantee food, shelter, and education to build our life in better quality as a fully functioning civilization.

2. To get the The Second Bill of Rights Past drafted by Poficientaccost Political Alliance will put an end to inflation, interest on dead accounts or your credit, the lie we have a deficit. A deficit is the amount by which something especially a sum of money is too small. Face it this government is always going to print what ever money need to run this country and support it citizens so it shall be done correct in Tribalism for proper delegation. This will give the free market back to the citizen to shine on his or her own and leave mass production where it should be with our government. We must end slavery one and for all and produce citizen sane enough to vote for the right people not the hype of some bigotry or racist views. We as Citizen will not be force to work 8 hours or more a day to make some one else rich and there city beautiful while our own suffer, that is clear slavery. We will only make our citizen work 4 hours a day 20 hour a week they can not be forced to work more then that.

Capitalism is the problem with this country thus it must end. Our success is not due to capitalism but the black man for out inventing and innovating all other countries in the world. If we are a civil society then the savage capitalism must end we all know why people commit crime because of capitalism and all it's enslaving injustice.

3. Our main goal in duration is to take over every alderman district in this country and bring them in to Proficientaccost Political Alliance to bring about a holy union to better delegate citizen need to Congress and the Federal Courts.

4. Home schooling through the College of Fluid Elapse Ability is a must to pay the child and parent to be schooled to build and rebuild our community forever beautiful in high quality of life, love, liv, live, living alive. This will put an end to all the miss-educations of our children for we must prepare them to build and maintain everything beautiful with there own minds and hands. 

5. Removing all the laws of enslavement's by state and city government. Like forcing people to have liability insurance that do nothing for the citizen in fact the law is illegal and unlawful. We will change it to every one having insurance on themself as full coverage because if you do not obey you punish yourself for an accident is an accident you should cover your own self; and we will stop the extortion of people being charged for every car they own for you can only drive 1 at a time.

Our Politics is to Colonialize our hoods and Community to stop being subject to Foreign Colonialization

            Tribalism is our United State Government with out Capitalism. Tribalism has the Citizens as the Democracy the first branch of government; the Monarch the President the second branch of government; The Republic Congress, and Legislators the third branch of government; the Parliament the Federal Courts the fourth branch of government. 

            Criminal Intent is the conscious decision someone makes to deliberately engage in an unlawful or negligent act, or to harm someone else. Four example of criminal intent is "purpose, reckless, knowing, and negligent" all with the intent to do something wrong or forbidden by law. Intent refers to state of mind accompanying an act. What state of mind a person is in usually come from there up bring as a poverty thug or a wealthy thug; being racist or a bigot, human trafficked or the downtrodden make the criminal intent of rhyme and reason.

            Colonialism is the policy of a Nation seeking to extend or retain its authority over other people or territories. Generally with the aim of exploiting and developing them to the benefit of the colonizing country and helping the colonies modernize in terms defined by the colonizers especially in economics, religion and health.  It is time for us to up grade and free our selves. The Prophet Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said we must make our own Emancipation Proclamation for it is the only way we will be free from the Colonialism that has enslaved us in religion, economics and health. We must united tribally as the tribe of Blackcolour United States Americans and Colonizes ourselves to defeat this new coming of colonialism of us Blacks from the Hispanics, Latinos, Asians, Arabs, and Asian Indians. Yes we must be the up grade and build the home of the future, cars of the future and have our own schools and power plants as we be our own government by being a tribe through Fluid Elapse Ability Bureau of Blackcolour Affair with Fluid Elapse Ability Choice, Varick Generator's and Turbine's to build our own cities delegate our own economics, have our own church and be in charge of the drugs for our own health care we can afford.

We must have our own cops to be cogent with the eco system and stop allowing ourselves to be colonized by other races because we refuse to come together in cooperative economics. We can only come to together in cooperative economic by dropping capitalism and come back to Tribalism

having one church being our bodies, minds, soul, and spirits in our own political alliance, our own law enforcement, our own government, and our own health care. 

  Fluid Elapse Ability has all the departments to do just that and more, because spending money should be fun as for the quality of living and the welfare of the enjoyment of liv, life, love, live, living, alive building and sustaining our economical lore. We have to stop talking the talk and dwelling in faith and just do the works.

            Being Gifted and Talented has not and will never be your natural ability and being highly able above average. Being gifted is having the parents, family and community that help and support you to be rich and wealthy to have the ability to create your own markets and economic Lore. Being talented is being rich and wealthy. We will get the fund to build and maintain the cities we have now as Black people but we need to up grade and unite as Blacks, Negros, African American, Native American, Afro American, Mulatto, Half-Breed, and Colour; hence the Tribal name Blackcolour for we are everything and true Native Americans. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights/ Social Contract

Laws are not our masters because we rule them when we obey them. We are the gods and goddesses of our world in the image of God we must live out our god status in the protection of Human Rights protecting and securing our liberty making sure all right, privileges, and immunities are granted.  We must return to Tribalism and put a end to Capitalism because it is that enslavement of humanity keeping us divide never to see our real glory working together to build better quality of life for all in LIVE LIFE LOVE and LIVING. Tribalism was and is an advance society where every body own and inherit the land everybody is guaranteed food, water, a home, spouse and the luxury thereof the tribe build for a better quality of living for all in it's Kingdom. 

God gave us a perfect government in Tribalism for there will never be a true cooperative economics with out church & tribe. With out Church and Tribe Cooperative Economics end up in the hands of the corrupted in their hearts and mind self seeking make us degenerate back to the way of Heathens, Bruts and Savages who keep lieing to us because they fight for lust, yes lust of sexual pleasure, lust of money, lust at selfish personal gain and can only achieve to satisfy their lust through the organization and system called capitalism.

 They lie saying they will stop crime, that they will stop racism yet they promote capitalism how can that be done when the system divides and deprive the citizen of there inherit Tribal right to be guaranteed food, a home, clothing, a spouse, a citizen check, and free electric, heat or utilities. With out the citizen being treated as the land owner of his and her own country every one will divide and fight over trying to have something.

 We must be a Tribal government all we have to do is get rid of the capitalism allow the government to take care of the citizen for a high quality of life love and living insuring the citizen to tribal right to live free in the land they are born and raised guaranteeing food, home, spouse, citizen check, and utilities. In the system of capitalism people really try to build good business but can not because the fight over territory and they end up building crime syndicates, gangs, and gangsterism. Again we print the money clearly how much we print is not the problem they are holding on to lies so capitalism stand and supported by the very citizen it enslaves and oppress. Wake Up! No body fight over gold, gold do not give money it's worth it is us citizen who honor the money that gives the money it's worth. End capitalism we can better delegate and keep ever road, park, water way, food supply etc in the abundance keeping work, and our currency flow abundant with out fail ending every problem by just printing the money and allowing the citizen to truly live in the pursuit to happiness. All crime would end because every one would have what they need; while a free market is kept open guaranteeing citizen the right to work on personal goal and gain with out stress while enjoying taking on employment with out force to obtain products and services that are not a need for all needs should be and shall be free Tribally.  Living free from the stress of capitalism enslavement's and worry of homelessness, have not the things you need; our society can then heal and be the gods and goddesses to each other God wanted us to be following the 10 commandments and the Golden Rules.
