My Story: I am a Commercial Artist, Inventor & Innovator, Politician, Musician, and Martial Art Master The ExpoundReformer WaziRi GuRu creator of Fluid Elapse Ability The Martial Art In Church College. I grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin I was cheated and lied to about everything, my teacher mark my correct answers wrong yet I still manage to graduate highschool. I was confirm Luther and had 2 years Bible history and 2 years Bible Studies but like all things in my life I found out Religion was a lie like Jesus said it takes you away from God's Truth and pervert the true ways of God. I practice the Martial Art every since I can remember and developed the Martial Art Fluid Elapse Ability. I am 48 years old and I am Awaken a True WaziRi GuRu I know success is my Fluid Elapse Ability and it is from our skills, as Craftsman and Gardener that make us successful meaning we can make money from the success of our ability. I guess after Being the best at everything and always cheated something snap in me for Politics is the last refuge of a desperate man I got into politics because I have to make my life better and live in my Imago Dei. My Values: My values are simple I trust the man upstairs to have a perfect world we must go back to Tribalism I love the 42 Laws of Kemet, the Golden Rules and the Ten Commandments that is the basic guide in every Social Contract and laws. Tribalism is and has always been an advance civilization after all every country still follow Kemet lead to create a civilized nation thus we must end all iniquities and rise up as a great nation together. Yes our Forefather knew not to make treaties of any kind with their former nation because they would try to take this nation from them yes France, England, Spain, German, Russia China, Japan etc would take this nation from them and the reason we still have so much slavery and racism is because this country was tricked to keep the boarders open forgetting about their native Brother and Sister whom help them run them out. Look at the dress the clothing and the feather in Maats head she was not Indian. Christopher Columbus saw Black People thus he thought he was in India and India is and always have been a black country no matter how hard they try to breed all the black out of it.

What I am saying I am a man of Peace who want a perfect society and to have that we must have truth of history. Religion lie hence most people do not even know being a bigot or racist is working iniquities. Just what is Slavery a wife is a slave for she bare the burden of your children to build society the forefather know they could only build with the people whom would not re-enslave them in capitalistic enslavements. My quest and Journey as a Politician is to be like Jesus for it is the only way to be a good Shepherd to teach the truth so we all can put in the works with faith. Happiness you will find in yourself, you can not obtain it from others you must stop trying to find approval of self from others and be the rock in body, mind, soul, and spirit you want to be by practice in Praxis to obtain quality in self for morals are key when there are no iniquities. For there is no such thing as help only can do true help is when you become physically and mentally amazing in body, mind, soul, and spirit for help is a trick an illusion by thieves they always want something and usually everything you got, but can do is charity they want nothing they do because they can.

It has been a long road I have studied much and died to this world over and over to be Reborn BornAgain to live in my own purpose. The Prophet Bruce Lee Can Doed and is one of the inspirations that made me the ExpoundReformer WaziRi GuRu along with the Prophet Marcus Garvey they made me stand on my own 2 in this world full of game mixed with games for everybody is trying to practice the teachings of the 48 laws of power and Machiavelli turning everybody into insane partakers of capitalism and slavery this is the mental state that turn the Ghetto into a pogrom a worse harsher social prison as our government and we must wake up to the fact every citizen is the Democracy in our government whom hire and fire our Republic thus we must have big pockets to have sane citizen that will elect our future leaders. Citizen Checks is the key to a never failing economy in a perfect crime free society the money is there.

TAX PLAN of Fluid Elapse Ability Proficientaccost Political Alliance Building an Advance Civilization

The 16 Amendment of the United States Constitution did not give the federal government the right to tax the United States citizen it gave them the power to tax the state. The 16 Amendment states (1913): "The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on income, from, whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several states, and without regard to any census or enumeration."

Therefore what the 16 Amendment is saying they are going to collect taxes from the state on the state income without taxing the citizen of each state; hence it said " without apportionment among the several states, and without regard to any census or enumeration." 
The definition to Over-Taxation read:

 You can only tax the people once not twice taxing the people twice is clearly over-taxation on your gross income, or property you own or purchase. For example we get taxed twice on our gross income for state and federal hence federal suppose to collect it's taxes from the State, and as we have already paid the state and federal government taxes on our gross income we do not suppose to be subject to paying sales taxes for we do not suppose to be taxed on our overhead for it is not an income it is an expense to run House Hold and Business. Overhead is account fees, advertising, insurance, interest, legal fees, labor burdens, rent, repairs, supplies, telephone bill, utility bills, travel expenditures and food. This is the plot of Capitalism that over-tax the citizen who do not suppose to pay taxes. The people whom suppose to pay taxes do not pay taxes is the foreigner who buys land and do business in this country. The citizen suppose to be free as the children of the land. 

Yes the citizen is the children of the nation or country who are free. It is the foreigner yes others who suppose to get taxed. We even are getting taxed by the city raising the prices on driver license and license Plates and much more this over-taxation has to stop. It is Capitalism that stops the federal government for taking care of the citizen welfare with Citizen Checks. The federal government do not need money they print the money and have complete Sovereignty Monopoly Solvency. It is because of Capitalism the government refuse to give it's citizen there warfare allowance a refusal that creating Over-Government and wasteful spending on criminal justice and poverty programs. Only through dropping Capitalism and going back to this government original set up of Tribalism as we will be without capitalism will we create a perfect government and an Advance civilization.

Plan 1. To stop the over Taxation of sale taxes on the citizen of the United States in every state and to make the foreign business pay their own Taxes for the money they make in the United States of America as Well as making the USA business pay there own taxes on the money they make.   

Plan 2. To Stop the over Taxation of the United States citizen by Stopping the United State citizen from being tax twice for their gross income by state and federal government. The Federal government do not need money; nor suppose to tax the citizen according to the 16 Amendment of the United States Constitution the Federal government is suppose to tax the state on it's gross income.        Therefore We plan to make a 2 dollar tax that come from every citizen in the United States called the Road and Duty Tax which 1 dollar is for the state and 1 dollar for the federal government that will be taken out of every paycheck, be it W2, Social Security, or Work check, etc,... every pay period or check. Large Salaries 8 dollar will be taken for 2 dollars a week. The state will collect the Road and Duty tax and pay the federal government their 1 dollar out the 2 then the state will give the 1 dollar for the state to each city in the state as to every residency of each city the dollar came from for there road and duty repairs and maintenance of the City. The state will have it's normal State tax to operate off as well as the city with out raising prices or taxes on government services. Putting an end to inflation and over taxation of the Citizen by the Federal, State, and Cities of the United States. 
 3. Again the federal government is suppose to get its tax money from the foreign countries and the foreigners doing business here in the United States so we will be repairing the laws on Scott and Tariff.

            All there is in this world and all it is ever going to be is to Liv, Live, Love, Life, Living, ALive. Time to get rid of Capitalism and return to God's perfect government of Tribalism

 Our first Political agenda is 
1. To get the Citizen Check Bill past drafted by Proficientaccost Political Alliance. We print the money and we are not allowed to make our own money so we suppose to get citizen checks. Gold will always run out and then you lose your government because you ran out of gold. They put in God we trust on the money because they knew one day the paper money worth would be based on the people and not the Gold. The Black man is the rightful air to this country because he is the Native American of North America, South America, and Africa and as a Slave for they could not build this great United States with the white people or King that enslaved them of which they ran for there freedom as white men and women thus they knew they could only be free by building this country with the black man and yes they knew that the black man they would live through as the rightful heirs to this country for Europe would enslave them all over again hence the warning of the forefather about making treaties. With the Passing of the citizen check for $2,500 a month to each citizen we can end all wasteful spending of the criminal justice system because crime will disappear, we can remove all welfare programs and food share, we can remove all housing programs, all college grants, and much much more for the citizen has what they need directly is better then indirectly and they will never receive it indirectly because modern day enslavers create disparage so the poor never receive the benefits the state and federal government give to solve all our poverty problems.

Capitalism is the way to enslavement everything the pilgrim was running from in the first place. This United States Government was built to be a Tribal government with it's checks in balances of authority and power. Tribal government is God's perfect governance so you can not build a better government then tribalism which care for all citizens guarantee food, shelter, and education to build our life in better quality as a fully functioning civilization.

2. To get the The Second Bill of Rights Past drafted by Poficientaccost Political Alliance will put an end to inflation, interest on dead accounts or your credit, the lie we have a deficit. A deficit is the amount by which something especially a sum of money is too small. Face it this government is always going to print what ever money need to run this country and support it citizens so it shall be done correct in Tribalism for proper delegation. This will give the free market back to the citizen to shine on his or her own and leave mass production where it should be with our government. We must end slavery one and for all and produce citizen sane enough to vote for the right people not the hype of some bigotry or racist views. We as Citizen will not be force to work 8 hours or more a day to make some one else rich and there city beautiful while our own suffer, that is clear slavery. We will only make our citizen work 4 hours a day 20 hour a week they can not be forced to work more then that.

Capitalism is the problem with this country thus it must end. Our success is not due to capitalism but the black man for out inventing and innovating all other countries in the world. If we are a civil society then the savage capitalism must end we all know why people commit crime because of capitalism and all it's enslaving injustice.

3. Our main goal in duration is to take over every alderman district in this country and bring them in to Proficientaccost Political Alliance to bring about a holy union to better delegate citizen need to Congress and the Federal Courts.

4. Home schooling through the College of Fluid Elapse Ability is a must to pay the child and parent to be schooled to build and rebuild our community forever beautiful in high quality of life, love, liv, live, living alive. This will put an end to all the miss-educations of our children for we must prepare them to build and maintain everything beautiful with there own minds and hands. 

5. Removing all the laws of enslavement's by state and city government. Like forcing people to have liability insurance that do nothing for the citizen in fact the law is illegal and unlawful. We will change it to every one having insurance on themself as full coverage because if you do not obey you punish yourself for an accident is an accident you should cover your own self; and we will stop the extortion of people being charged for every car they own for you can only drive 1 at a time.

Our Politics is to Colonialize our hoods and Community to stop being subject to Foreign Colonialization

            Tribalism is our United State Government with out Capitalism. Tribalism has the Citizens as the Democracy the first branch of government; the Monarch the President the second branch of government; The Republic Congress, and Legislators the third branch of government; the Parliament the Federal Courts the fourth branch of government. 

            Criminal Intent is the conscious decision someone makes to deliberately engage in an unlawful or negligent act, or to harm someone else. Four example of criminal intent is "purpose, reckless, knowing, and negligent" all with the intent to do something wrong or forbidden by law. Intent refers to state of mind accompanying an act. What state of mind a person is in usually come from there up bring as a poverty thug or a wealthy thug; being racist or a bigot, human trafficked or the downtrodden make the criminal intent of rhyme and reason.

            Colonialism is the policy of a Nation seeking to extend or retain its authority over other people or territories. Generally with the aim of exploiting and developing them to the benefit of the colonizing country and helping the colonies modernize in terms defined by the colonizers especially in economics, religion and health.  It is time for us to up grade and free our selves. The Prophet Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said we must make our own Emancipation Proclamation for it is the only way we will be free from the Colonialism that has enslaved us in religion, economics and health. We must united tribally as the tribe of Blackcolour United States Americans and Colonizes ourselves to defeat this new coming of colonialism of us Blacks from the Hispanics, Latinos, Asians, Arabs, and Asian Indians. Yes we must be the up grade and build the home of the future, cars of the future and have our own schools and power plants as we be our own government by being a tribe through Fluid Elapse Ability Bureau of Blackcolour Affair with Fluid Elapse Ability Choice, Varick Generator's and Turbine's to build our own cities delegate our own economics, have our own church and be in charge of the drugs for our own health care we can afford.

We must have our own cops to be cogent with the eco system and stop allowing ourselves to be colonized by other races because we refuse to come together in cooperative economics. We can only come to together in cooperative economic by dropping capitalism and come back to Tribalism

having one church being our bodies, minds, soul, and spirits in our own political alliance, our own law enforcement, our own government, and our own health care. 

  Fluid Elapse Ability has all the departments to do just that and more, because spending money should be fun as for the quality of living and the welfare of the enjoyment of liv, life, love, live, living, alive building and sustaining our economical lore. We have to stop talking the talk and dwelling in faith and just do the works.

            Being Gifted and Talented has not and will never be your natural ability and being highly able above average. Being gifted is having the parents, family and community that help and support you to be rich and wealthy to have the ability to create your own markets and economic Lore. Being talented is being rich and wealthy. We will get the fund to build and maintain the cities we have now as Black people but we need to up grade and unite as Blacks, Negros, African American, Native American, Afro American, Mulatto, Half-Breed, and Colour; hence the Tribal name Blackcolour for we are everything and true Native Americans. We will do everything as our own government birth certificates and death certificates our own licensing and certificates as Fluid Elapse Ability is the Martial Art In Church we are still a College University educating ourselves to run and operate our own cities.
